1.What is art for you?
For Aristotle Art was that human production made consciously. Therefore Art is born from this knowledge. From what we have inside, (what we grow in our souls), what we inherited and what occurs as pure consciousness becomes a condensed state, in the form of an object, an artifact or an action.
2.What inspires you?
The light and the different ways that affects a body, a face, cloth or water. The music: in its perfect and honest mathematics. The woman, people. The human portrait of a photograph.
3.Projects that you would like to do or that you are already doing?
I am currently doing a project called "portraits in water", launched in October 2014.In this time I had the opportunity to meet and portray women of all sizes, hair colors, heights and physiognomies: attitudes and bodies in different liquids and chemistry. Besides rescuing the hidden beauty in women who are not symbols or standards of beauty, but in normal women without special physical qualities that protrude from the media because of their personality and let me take them by hand on this project.
4.If a question could describe you what would it be?
¿Y cómo el invierno acumula tantos azules lineales? (Pablo Neruda)
And how the winter accumulates so many linear blues?
5. A particular episode about a photo you have made.
In "Woman, cat, water, light" the cat was not included in the picture, place or work. He entered without permission, and superbly stood up on his back legs,it was perfectly aligned within the set that was created and the model could interact and connect with him, so was a unique, spontaneous, improvised shot. It would have been impossible to plan it!
